Meditation Timer
Sit, breathe, and let the timer keep track. This 10-minute meditation timer rings when you're done so you can stay present instead of watching the clock — adjust the minutes for a longer or shorter sit.
How it works
Type a number of hours, minutes and seconds — or tap a preset — and press Start. The timer continues while you use another tab in most modern browsers, and the tab title shows the time remaining; it sounds an alarm when it reaches zero, provided the page remains active and your browser permits audio. Browser power-saving and background-tab restrictions may delay updates or prevent the alarm, so keep the page visible for anything important — see browser timing limitations for why. Pause and resume anytime, or Reset to start over. Space starts/pauses.
