What is a moon phase calendar?

A month laid out day by day with the moon's shape drawn on each date, rather than a list of just the four primary phases. It answers 'what will the moon look like on the 14th', which a list of full moon dates cannot.

Is the moon phase the same everywhere?

Yes — everyone sees the same phase at the same moment. What differs is the local clock reading of that moment, which is why a full moon can fall on different calendar dates in different countries. This calendar uses your own dates once it loads.

How long is a full cycle?

About 29.5 days from one new moon to the next, so a phase drifts roughly a day earlier each month against the calendar — which is why a 31-day month can hold two full moons (a blue moon) and February can hold none.
